What are the shipping costs?
New Zealand:
Free shipping on orders over $40NZD (via courier 1 – 4 business days once dispatched)
Flat Rate $6.99NZD shipping on orders under $40NZD (via courier 1 – 4 business days once dispatched)
Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.
Please make sure your order is correct.
No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries – if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Jamie Kay .
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.
Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
Refund & Return Policy
Return to sender.
We’re extremely confident in our products, and we’re sure you’re going to love them. But just in case, we do offer a full refund for any unused or defective items.
You can claim a full refund (or a replacement) within 30 days of receiving your Kinsman product. If you received an incorrect order or defective product, we’ll also cop any return shipping costs.
Just a heads up, using half a bottle of working product and then returning is not an option, sorry. It’s sort of like returning a burger after you’ve eaten it. Defective or unused products only, please.
Please remember: you’re responsible for the product until it gets back to us, so it’s always a good idea to get a tracking number for your package. To return a product, please contact hello@kinsman.nz and we’ll get the wheels moving ASAP.
